1. Do you agree with Kathy Hochul’s plan to pass mental health gun control legislation that would require us to pass a psychiatric exam in order to buy a firearm?
2. Do you agree with Kathy Hochul’s plan to limit the amount of ammunition we can buy to two times the capacity of the firearm the ammunition is for?
3. Do you agree with Kathy Hochul’s plan to limit the number of firearms that law abiding New Yorkers are allowed to buy per month?
4. Should the NY legislature repeal the SAFE Act, and allow law abiding New Yorkers the option to buy AR-15s and 30-round magazines again?
5. Should the NY legislature repeal Kathy Hochul’s ammunition registration law that took effect last year, registering each round of ammo we buy with the State Police?
6. Should the NY legislature repeal the ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ law which passed in 2018 and allows liberal NY judges to order the confiscation of firearms from anyone they want, before the gun owner in question has been charged with a crime?
7. Should the NYS Firearms Association continue to fight against Kathy Hochul in Federal Court even though it takes time to get big wins, in light of the fact that the current United States Supreme Court is the most pro-gun court in modern history?
8. Will you support the NYS Firearms Association’s mission to fight for gun rights in Albany, in Federal Court, and at the ballot box WITHOUT compromising, without backing down and without negotiating away our freedoms?
