I never thought I’d say it, but the gun control of Andrew Cuomo was a cakewalk compared to the tyranny of Kathy Hochul.

Even while we gear up for oral arguments in the federal lawsuit that we filed against Hochul over last year’s ammo registration law, Hochul is working overtime on her next attack!

That’s why Senator James Sanders (one of Hochul’s leading henchmen in the State Senate) has filed S-4126, a bill that mandates a mental health exam each time you try to buy a gun!

No, this is not a joke.

S-4126 has just been introduced here in Albany.

What’s more, it’s already been referred to the Senate Codes Committee — which is where bills that are being ‘fast-tracked’ are usually sent.

New Yorkers are used to dealing with non-stop gun control bills coming out of Albany.

But S-4126 would unleash a tyranny unlike anything gun owners have ever seen here in New York State!

Kathy Hochul and her allies here in Albany want the ability to snap their fingers and disarm their political opponents without having to convict us in court.

And these bogus mental health tests are the tool they need to do exactly that.

Because let’s face it: if you admit to loving our country, our flag, our Second Amendment, or our Founding Fathers, you’re not going to pass this ‘test.’

If anything, you’ll likely be labeled a domestic terrorist!

That’s why I hope you’ll sign your OFFICIAL PETITION against this tyrannical legislation, so your Assemblyman and Senator know exactly where you stand on S-4126.

It’s important that you do so that we can show the legislature that gun owners are aware of what they are doing.

Obviously, no gun owner wants a criminally deranged person walking around carrying a gun. But there is already a process in place to deal with people like that.

Just consider the facts.

Under current law, those who exhibit ‘warning signs’ can already be detained by law enforcement — at a minimum -– and can be taken to a care facility for treatment if necessary.

But this legislation has nothing to do with attempting to help individuals who need mental health treatment.

On the contrary, this legislation is about authorizing Governor Hochul to totally weaponize ‘mental health staffers’ across the state and instruct them to deny your right to own a firearm for just about any reason they want!

It wouldn’t matter if you’ve not been charged with a crime!

It wouldn’t matter if you have a spotless record!

It wouldn’t matter if you’ve been a gun owner for decades!

That’s because this legislation isn’t about public safety. It is simply a tool for power-hungry tyrants like Kathy Hochul to use as she tries to break the backs of gun owners in New York State once and for all.

And that’s why I hope you’ll sign your petition right away!

Tyrannical dictators have been labeling political opponents as ‘mentally defective’ as a way to punish them for centuries.

Former Russian leaders Stalin, Khrushchev, and Brezhnev imprisoned countless people who disagreed with their Communist agenda, leaving them in prison or labor farms or worse…

China’s Chairman Mao did this too, denying people who questioned him the right to vote, travel, and much more, claiming that they were mentally defective.

And now Governor Hochul — who is as evil as any of the

names mentioned above — is trying to do the same thing: use the results of a politically motivated mental health test against gun owners who disagree with her agenda.

This is the very definition of tyranny!

Could we fight this bill in court should it be signed into law? Maybe. But that would take years…

…if the court agreed to hear the case in the first place.

That’s why the NYS Firearms Association is mounting a massive grassroots program to flood the legislature with calls, emails, and signed petitions opposing this legislation!

Part of our program includes:

— Targeted digital ads; which allow us to reach hundreds of thousands of gun owners across the state, giving them the facts about S-4126. These ads are very cost-efficient, too, as they are easily re-shared by gun owners.

— A powerful texting program; text-based alerts are one of the most effective tools at our disposal because they appear right on gun owners’ phones and have an almost 100% viewing rate. And they are very cost-effective, too.

— The biggest direct mail and email program possible; nothing penetrates Big Tech’s censorship more thoroughly these days than direct mail and email communication. In fact, mail and email programs are more important than ever for gun owners as they cannot be ‘deplatformed!’

As you can see, this program is going to be brutally effective if we can implement it. It’s designed to send a simple message to politicians in vulnerable districts: if you vote for this bill, you can kiss your political careers goodbye!

But I can’t run this program without your help.

So please immediately sign the petition that I’ve prepared for you as soon as you possibly can.

Some people say that New York State is not worth fighting for anymore. But I don’t believe that, not for a second! I meet wonderful people every single day, patriots, who care deeply about our flag, our nation, and this great state!

But our freedom is under attack. And it’s up to you and me to make sure that our children and grandchildren will inherit the same freedoms that our forefathers passed down to us.
