Whereas: AB-00360 requires gun owners to pass a state mandated mental health exam every time we try to buy a rifle or shotgun, something out of Communist China’s playbook, and
Whereas: AB-00360 requires gun owners to pass a drug test, like we’re a violent felon out on parole, just for trying to buy a rifle or shotgun, and
Whereas: AB-00360 requires gun owners to pass a 5-hr training class and pass a live fire test that exceeds what most police departments and military training classes require, and
Whereas: AB-00360 would do absolutely nothing to stop violent criminals but it would be a perfect bill for freedom-hating politicians who want to disarm law abiding gun owners like me.
Therefore: Gun owners cost the Senate their Super-Majority last Fall. As a voter in your district, I am strongly urging you to vote ‘NO’ on this tyrannical legislation. The NYS Firearms Association will keep me updated on this bill.
