With the budget fight almost over in Albany, Hochul is planning to move on gun control bills very soon: specifically by trying to limit how many guns law abiding gun owners can buy per month!
This legislation won’t do anything to stop violence in cities like Rochester, Albany or NYC and everyone knows it. It simply adds another layer of restrictions on our right to bear arms. And it is completely unconstitutional!
Of course, these bills (S-00418/AB-01774) filed by Senator Mike Gianaris and Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal, don’t apply to anyone in the government…just law abiding gun owners like you and me.

Sign your official petition telling the members of the Senate and Assembly that gun owners OPPOSE any legislation to limit the number of firearms we can purchase and you expect them to vote NO.
