I’m going to get right to it.
With the election just around the corner on November 5th, it’s crunch time. We’ve seen this movie before, where too many gun owners sit home on election day for one reason or another.
But here’s the deal — not voting is a vote for those who want to strip away our rights.
Kamala Harris, if she gets her way, isn’t just planning to nibble at our gun rights; she’s aiming to take a massive bite. We’re talking about the worst gun control agenda in history.
She’s not just talking about some new regulations; she’s openly discussed mandatory gun buybacks and has supported door-to-door gun checks. Imagine government officials walking into your home to check if your firearm is stored to their liking!
It’s a reality.
And don’t forget, Kamala might appoint two Supreme Court justices. Think about that for a moment.
With a Supreme Court that could tilt heavily in favor of restricting our Second Amendment rights, every decision going forward could erode what we’ve fought so hard to protect.
Executive Orders? Harris could sign away our rights with the stroke of a pen, bypassing Congress and our voices.
This isn’t just about us; it’s about our kids and grandkids. Are we ready to hand them a world where the right to bear arms is a thing of the past? Where they’re told by the government when, where, and how they can defend themselves?
No?
Then here’s what we need to do:
- Register and VOTE. Make your voice heard. Every single vote counts, especially in tight races where our rights hang in the balance.
- Talk to other gun owners. Your friends, family, shooting buddies — remind them why this election matters. We need everyone activated.
- Donate to the New York State Firearms Association. We’re on the front lines, fighting to keep you informed and to mobilize our community. Your donation means we can reach more gun owners with this critical message.
Folks, we’re not just talking about a policy difference here.
This is about our constitutional rights, our heritage, and our duty to protect ourselves and our families. The next generation is counting on us to not let this slide.
Don’t wait. Act now. Register, vote, talk, and donate. Let’s show them that New York gun owners are not just awake — we’re wide awake and ready to defend what’s ours.
Your freedoms are on the line.
For New York State,
Aaron Dorr
